South Meadows Chess Tournament

More than 260 students participated in the South Meadows Chess tournament on Saturday, February 8. Organizer and coach Larry Dickenson reported that: “We announced over 260 ribbons and 10 team trophies, consumed 1000 slices of pizza, and served around 300 snow cones.” He also mentioned that the sportsmanship from both students and parents was outstanding.
